Water-resistant and has a creamy texture that melts onto the lips, leaving a subtle iridescent finish (does not leave white residue).

Directions for use
Apply to lips as often as necessary.
For dry lips, apply a thick layer of Cold Cream Nourishing Lip Balm in the evening before bed.
