Directions for use:
30-50 drops, 2-3 times a day.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be warmed; in this way, the preparation will be better activated and more easily absorbed.
