Ingredients
Phase 1 ingredients: protected vitamin C, niacin, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B1 hydrochloride, vitamin B2, inositol, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12; microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol-corn starch, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Compritol E sto, silicon dioxide.
Phase 2 ingredients: potassium iodide, sodium selenite, zinc oxide, chromium picolinate, ammonium molybdate; microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bitter cocoa, Compritol E ato, vegetable stearin, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet in the morning after breakfast. The tablet can be swallowed whole or broken without losing its effectiveness.
