Description
Food for special medical purposes, indicated for the dietary management of newborns with minor gastrointestinal problems such as colic, abdominal distension and constipation, which may occur in the first months of life.
BBmilk DG formulation contains hydrolysed whey proteins, beta-palmitate, fermented milk, galactooligosaccharides, 2'-fucosyllactose (HMO) and a reduced lactose content.
BBmilk DG also contains arachidonic acid and nucleotides.
BBmilk DG is suitable for infant feeding from birth up to 12 months of age.
Suitable as the sole source of nutrition for the particular feeding of infants from birth up to 6 months of age, if they are not breastfed.
From 6 months onwards, and starting from weaning, it must be part of a diversified diet and cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition.
The start of weaning must take place only on the advice of the Paediatrician.
BBmilk DG must only be used under medical supervision.

How to use
Before preparation, wash and dry hands thoroughly and sterilize bottle, teat and ring.
Boil the required amount of water and pour it into the bottle at a temperature of 50°C. Fill the scoop level and not pressed. Add the prescribed number of level scoops of powder to the bottle. Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the powder. Before giving it to the infant, check the temperature on the back of your hand; the milk temperature should not exceed 37°C.
After use, wash and dry the scoop thoroughly.

* The progressive reduction in the number of milk feeds accompanies the start of weaning.
The quantities are indicative and may vary at the discretion of the Paediatrician depending on the child's age and appetite. One level scoop of BBmilk DG corresponds to 4.5 g equal to 21.5 kcal.
The reconstitution of BBmilk DG is 13.5% and is obtained by adding one level scoop of powder to every 30 ml of water.
Warnings
Improper preparation and storage can cause disturbances or risks to the infant's health. Follow the instructions carefully.
It is recommended to prepare milk only at mealtime and consume it within two hours.
Do not heat or boil milk once prepared.
Do not reuse any leftover milk after the meal.
Use only the scoop contained in the package.
Storage
Once opened, the package must be properly reclosed and stored in a dry place away from heat sources (not in the refrigerator).
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks.

How to use
