Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of cow's milk or soy protein allergy. Powdered food, the protein content of which consists of enzymatically hydrolyzed rice proteins to further reduce allergenic potential.
It is suitable as the sole source of nutrition for the particular diet of infants from birth up to 6 months of age, if they are not breastfed. From 6 months of age and from weaning (which must only take place under the guidance of a pediatrician) it cannot be the sole source of nutrition, but part of a diversified diet.

Ingredients
Maltodextrins, vegetable oils (sunflower, soy), hydrolyzed rice proteins (13.5%), glucose syrup powder, starch, MCT (medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides), sucrose, mineral salts (calcium hydrogen phosphate, tripotassium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, magnesium chloride, magnesium carbonate, trisodium citrate, ferrous citrate, sodium chloride, zinc oxide, potassium iodide, copper gluconate, sodium selenite, manganese sulfate); emulsifiers: citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; L-lysine, oil derived from the microalga Schizochytrium sp. Instructions for use
Preparation of the bottle or spout cup
- Boil the necessary amount of water and pour it into the bottle or spout cup at 70°C;
- fill the scoop level and not compressed;
- add the prescribed number of level scoops of powder to the bottle or cup;
- close the bottle or spout cup and shake to dissolve the powder;
- before giving it to the baby, check the temperature on the back of your hand; the product temperature must not exceed 37°C.
After use, wash and dry the scoop thoroughly.

*The progressive reduction in the number of milk feeds accompanies the start of weaning.
The quantities are, however, indicative and may vary at the discretion of the Pediatrician depending on the child's age and appetite.
One level scoop of BBmilk RISO PRO 0-12 corresponds to 4.8 g, equal to 23.9 kcal.
The reconstitution of BBmilk RISO PRO 0-12 is at 13.5% and is obtained by adding one level scoop of powder to every 30 ml of water.

Warnings
Improper preparation and storage can cause disturbances or risks to the infant's health. Carefully follow the instructions provided. It is recommended to prepare the product only at mealtime and consume it within two hours. Do not heat or boil the product once prepared. Do not reuse any leftover product after the meal. Use only the scoop included in the package. It must be used only under medical supervision.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources (not in the refrigerator).
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after first opening: 3 weeks.
