Food supplement based on PHGG (partially hydrolysed guar gum) vegetable fiber with a high fiber content (5 g per daily dose).

Ingredients
Purified water, soluble fiber PHGG (partially hydrolysed guar gum), flavouring; stabilisers: maltitol, sorbitol syrup; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Benefiber can be taken as is, with added water, mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.
It is recommended to take one stick (30 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
Do not use if the stick is damaged.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
