Water, beta-glucans from Oat (Avena sativa L.) extract; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; vitamin D (cholecalciferol); acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring; sweetener: sucralose.

The product may contain: milk, soy.

Directions for use
2 puffs per day.
