The bronze die extrusion, combined with the selection of specific rice varieties, gives the pasta the right roughness to best hold the sauce and the right consistency for a pleasant bite.

Refined semi-whole rice flour (99.5%); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Contains traces of: soy and lupin.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free.

How to use
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, about 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta.
