Directions for use
It is recommended to take ½ to 1 scoop (3.5 - 7 g) dissolved in water, once a day approximately 2-3 hours after meals. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then stir.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For a potassium intake with the daily dose equal to or greater than 1,000 mg, it is advisable to seek medical advice. The simultaneous intake of certain medications can in turn interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use is not recommended for children.
