French frankincense (boswellia carterii birdw.) resin dry extract titrated to 65% in boswellic acid; MSM methylsulfonylmethane; alpha-lipoic acid; elderberry (sambucus ebulus l.) fruit dry extract titrated to 1% in anthocyanidins.

Directions for use
One or two tablets two or three times a day, or as prescribed.
