Ingredients
Corn starch, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v, vegetable capsule in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microencapsulated iron (ferrous fumarate; coating agent: ethylcellulose), microencapsulated vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; coating agent: ethylcellulose), maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule after one of the main meals (lunch or dinner).
