Food supplement based on probiotics and ashwagandha and blueberry extracts. The formula contains 15 strains of probiotics carefully selected for their ability to resist the difficult conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, ensuring a total concentration of 25 billion CFU* per daily dose (2 capsules/day).

Ashwagandha extract [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] is known for its tonic-adaptogenic properties and for supporting in cases of physical and mental fatigue. It also contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.

Directions for use
Swallow 2 vegetable capsules daily with water, preferably between meals.
