How to use
To be used before and during the exposure of skin and hair to ultraviolet rays from the sun and tanning lamps, with the start and duration varying depending on one's phototype.
One tablet daily to be taken with breakfast in the morning. For lighter phototypes, take up to 2 months before sun exposure; for darker ones, up to one week before.
To be combined with sunscreens with a protection factor appropriate to one's phototype.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take the product during pregnancy.
