Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and mineral salts, with creatine, indicated for providing a supplementary intake of these nutrients in case of need or increased demand.
The components present in the product can: contribute to normal energy metabolism (iron, manganese and B vitamins); contribute to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function (magnesium); promote cell protection from oxidative stress (vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc and selenium); contribute to the normal function of the immune system (vitamins A, C, D, folic acid and zinc).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in children or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not consume after the expiry date. The product contains polyols, therefore excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store in a cool (<25 °C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
