ORAL GEL AND SPRAY

Indications
A saliva substitute, in gel and spray, composed of special cellulose polymers and copolymers that give the product excellent long-lasting lubricating, moisturizing and protective properties. Indicated in the treatment of Xerostomia (dry mouth) and all forms of salivary hyposecretion of any origin and intensity, especially when replacement treatment is necessary due to the inability of the salivary glands to recover their function due to autoimmune diseases (Sjogren's), oncological radiotherapy, chemotherapy or drug therapies with psychotropic drugs.

Dosage and Use
For mild to moderate xerostomia, apply a small amount (0.5/1 cm) with a finger or cotton swab along the gum line, distributing evenly at least 3 times a day. For severe xerostomia, apply an amount corresponding to 1-3 cm directly on the tongue and spread evenly throughout the oral cavity at least 4 times a day or as needed, with particular care for evening application. The use of the spray is as needed; in any case, at least 3-4 times a day.

Warnings
Close the tube or bottle after use and store away from heat sources. Do not use BioXtra® in combination with toothpastes containing synthetic detergent bases or foaming surfactants.

Storage
Store at room temperature.

Size: gel: 40 ml and spray: 50 ml.
