Disposable natural cotton wipes soaked in a solution containing Hy-Ter (hyaluronic acid plus natural Melaleuca extracts) and Aloe, which perform a cleansing, emollient, soothing and decongestant action.
Formulated with natural anti-inflammatories and antiseptics, they provide rapid symptom relief.
Indicated for daily eyelid and eyelash hygiene, as well as in the presence of allergic, inflammatory, or infectious eye conditions such as blepharitis or blepharoconjunctivitis.
In posterior blepharitis, there is also an occlusion of the Meibomian glands, located inside the eyelid, which secrete an oil essential for preventing tear film evaporation.
Treatment with warm compresses (40-45°C) combined with eyelid massage allows these blocked glands to open and clean, potentially enabling them to resume natural production of lipids (oils) necessary for a healthy tear film.

Instructions for use
- Heat the compress until its color changes (from orange to yellow). The color change indicates that the compress has reached 43°C, the ideal temperature for eyelid massage.
- Holding the warm eye compress by the tab, massage the eyelid for 3-5 minutes, applying light pressure.
- Immediately after applying the warm eye compress, open the sachet by tearing it near the designated opening notch.
- Unfold the wipe completely and gently pass it over the eyelid and eyelashes, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving towards the outer corner, keeping the eye closed.
How to heat the eye compress
The compress can be heated in various ways:
- Hold the compress under very hot running water until the color changes.
- Immerse the compress in a container (glass) filled with hot water until the color changes (from orange to yellow). Always check the temperature of the compress before eye massage by touching it with the inside of your wrist. If it's too hot, wait a few minutes and try again.
- Check the integrity of the compress before reusing it.
Place the compress back in its packaging, rinsing it with water first.
Use one wipe per eye. Wash hands after use.
Do not rinse the eye after use.

Warnings
No side effects related to the use of the device are known. If side effects occur, contact your doctor. External use: for skin application in the periocular area only, keeping the eye closed. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components; in case of persistent burning, discontinue treatment. Follow the heating and temperature control instructions for the eye compress. Do not reuse partially used wipes, as this may lead to ineffectiveness and product contamination. Each sachet is for single use only and should be opened immediately before use. Do not use if the sachet is not intact or the packaging is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Do not puncture the eye compress and/or ingest the product. Discard the eye compress after using the last wipe.

Storage
Do not use Blefastop Plus after the expiration date indicated on the package. Store at room temperature and avoid contact with water. The expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
