Description
Food supplement based on chelated magnesium, vitamin K2 and silicon from Bamboo, useful for maintaining normal bone health and promoting normal muscle function. It helps preserve bone structure and limit the risks of fragility and fractures, especially with advancing age. Indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake and in situations where the body needs a supplement.
Vitamin K2 is microencapsulated to improve its absorption.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Magnesium amino acid chelate 20% in glycine (E640), maltodextrin, bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea wild.) stem dry extract 70% in silicon on maltodextrin, flavouring, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 2,500 mcg/g on maltodextrin; sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia rebaudiana leaf dry extract 97% in rebaudioside A (E960); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), silicon dioxide (E551).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day unless otherwise indicated, to be taken with meals.
