Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 - 2 tablets a day before meals, unless otherwise indicated.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
