Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, dipotassium phosphate, beta-alanine, L-carnitine tartrate, maltodextrins, ferric pyrophosphate.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water, stir and drink the resulting solution.
