Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and griffonia extract, useful for promoting sleep and relaxation.
The melatonin contained in Circadiem 5 Tripto is useful for promoting sleep and nighttime rest, as it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), acts on relaxation (sleep), mental well-being, and normal mood.

Ingredients
Purified water, fructose; stabilizer: glycerol; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed dry extract titrated to 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, zinc bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; flavor; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Shake well before each use.
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Circadiem 5 Tripto (containing 1 mg of melatonin), once a day, in the evening before going to bed.
Close the bottle with the dropper cap after use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid administration during the day. Any color variations of the product are due to the presence of plant extracts that do not affect its quality.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a controlled room temperature not exceeding 25°C.
