Directions for use
It is recommended to take 4 drops once a day, equivalent to 400 IU (10 mcg) of Vitamin D3, unless otherwise directed by your doctor. Use the dropper included in the package. One drop corresponds to 100 IU of Vitamin D3.
Shake the bottle well before use. Any sediment is due to the naturalness of the product and does not affect its quality.
