Schisandra is useful as a tonic-adaptogen and has antioxidant properties.
Selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and potassium contributes to normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Creatine, L-arginine, L-aspartic acid, magnesium bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; potassium citrate, taurine; sweeteners: sorbitol, acesulfame K, sucralose; flavouring, resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold. & Zucc. root, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), zinc citrate, Schisandra [Schisandra chinensis (Turoz.) Baill.] fruit dry extract titrated to 5% in schisandrins; colouring: beta-carotene; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), L-selenomethionine.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, dissolved in 250 ml of water.
