Calcium (calcium citrate); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; coloring agent: titanium dioxide; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); humectant: vegetable glycerol; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
Swallow 2 to 4 tablets daily, with water, preferably with meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Once the bottle is opened, remove the protective tampon.
Do not use if the outer seal of the bottle is missing or damaged.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, light, and humidity.
