MOTHER TINCTURE

Instructions for use:
30-40 drops, 2-3 times a day.
For dysmenorrhea treatment, administer the Mother Tincture 7 days before menstruation.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation, which will be absorbed more easily.
