Soluble preparation for a drink based on chamomile extract, melatonin, and magnesium, vanilla flavored.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Sugar-free and with sweetener.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, magnesium citrate 9.7%, dry extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.) 2.9%, flavoring 1%; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin 0.023%.

Instructions for use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a cup (120 ml), add water at the desired temperature, stir, and the chamomile is immediately ready.
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, shortly before going to bed.
