Non-hormonal vaginal gel specifically formulated to restore physiological vaginal pH and rebalance vaginal flora.
Indicated for bacterial vaginosis, vaginitis, and vaginal candidiasis.
Prevents relapses, especially after antibiotic treatment.
Vaginal pH is an important factor for a healthy vaginal mucosa. In a healthy vagina, the acidic environment is maintained by lactobacilli flora, which produce lactic acid. The acidic environment protects against colonization and unwanted infections. Alkalinization of vaginal pH causes foul-smelling discharge that can create discomfort. Candinet Gyno-Balance rebalances vaginal flora by reducing the growth of bad bacteria in support of good ones (Lactobacillus) and restoring the physiological environment.
Candinet Gyno-Balance is a vaginal gel based on lactic acid and sodium lactate, which restores and maintains physiological vaginal pH (<5). Lactic acid helps to lower vaginal pH, thereby reducing colonization by anaerobic bacteria, preventing bacterial vaginosis, vaginitis, vaginal candidiasis, and related symptoms such as itching, irritation, and foul-smelling discharge.
Candinet Gyno-Balance also contains fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) with a moisturizing action and acting as prebiotics, as they are capable of promoting the development of lactobacilli strains, and not other pathogenic microorganisms of the vaginal flora.
Indicated for bacterial vaginosis, vaginitis, and vaginal candidiasis, especially after antibiotic treatment. Prevents relapses.
Suitable for women of childbearing age, during pre-menopause, and menopause.

Directions for use
1. Wash your hands.
2. Remove the single-dose tube from its packaging.
3. Shake the applicator to ensure the content is at its final end.
4. Unscrew the cap from the tip of the applicator.
5. While sitting or lying down, insert the thin, final part of the applicator into the vagina.
6. Squeeze the applicator reservoir to apply the gel.
7. Remove the applicator and discard the packaging.
Use once a day, preferably before bedtime, for 7 days.

Ingredients
Aqua, glycerin, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium lactate (1.2%), lactic acid (0.1%), fructooligosaccharides, levulinic acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium levulinate, P-anisic acid.

Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components.
Do not apply to lesions. Do not ingest.
The product is for vaginal use only and should not be used by any route of administration other than that indicated in this leaflet.
In case of accidental contact with eyes and eye contour, rinse the affected area thoroughly with plenty of water for several minutes.
There is no data available regarding the use of Candinet Gyno-Balance during pregnancy or breastfeeding or in combination with other gynecological treatments.
Avoid promiscuous use. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product if the packaging appears damaged.
Do not use beyond the expiration date. The product has no contraceptive action. The product is compatible with natural latex condoms.
Use the product according to the doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
No overdose effects are known (the product is single-dose).

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and sun exposure.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 36 months.
