Fructose, maltodextrin, inulin, 85% beta-glucans from saccharomyces cerevisiae; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lactobacillus crispatus (DSM 20584), lactobacillus acidophilus (LMG P 21904), bacillus plantarum (LMG P-17504), lactobacillus reuteri (DSM 26866); stabiliser: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose; flavouring.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 stick pack per day dissolved in a glass of water after meals.
