MOTHER TINCTURE

Directions for use:
20-40 drops, 3 times a day.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate absorption.
The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation, which will be absorbed more easily.
