Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, vitamins, mineral salts, creatine, aspartic acid, asparagine, and carnosine.
Contains:
• Vitamin B5 (or pantothenic acid): contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; it also supports normal mental performance.
• Vitamin E and selenium: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Magnesium: helps reduce physical tiredness and fatigue, supporting normal muscle function; it promotes the maintenance of electrolyte/water-salt balance. It also supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Zinc: promotes normal cognitive function.
• Creatine: an amino acid derivative, naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it increases physical performance in repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities.

Does not contain ingredients of animal origin.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1-2 chewable tablets per day.

Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
