Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, vitamins, minerals, creatine, aspartic acid, asparagine, and carnosine.
CARNIDYN PLUS contains:
- selenium and vitamin E which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- magnesium which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helping normal muscle function;
- pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) which contributes to normal mental performance and normal energy metabolism;
- zinc which promotes normal cognitive function;
- creatine, an amino acid derivative naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities.

How to use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Contains a source of phenylalanine.
