CARNIDYN PLUS

Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for its components: acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, creatine, carnosine, aspartate, asparagine, pantothenic acid, vitamin E and mineral salts.
The product contains:
- selenium, zinc, and vitamin E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- magnesium, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and supports normal muscle function;
- pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which contributes to normal mental performance and normal energy metabolism;
- creatine, an amino acid derivative naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it enhances physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities.
