       Glucosamine
An amino sugar normally produced by the body that contributes to cartilage formation. Exogenous glucosamine helps preserve cartilage. Each sachet contains 833.34 mg of glucosamine sulfate (2KCl), which corresponds to 500 mg of pure glucosamine, the maximum daily dosage permitted for food supplements.
       Chondroitin sulfate
A polysaccharide that is a constituent of cartilage, promoting its elasticity and preservation. Each sachet contains 500 mg of this substance, which is the maximum daily dosage permitted for food supplements.
       Organic silicon
Extracted from horsetail (Equisetum arvense), a plant naturally rich in silicon with remineralizing properties, and involved in collagen synthesis, which in turn is used for the formation of connective tissue in both cartilage and bone. Collagen synthesis is indeed conditioned by the activity of a silicon-dependent enzyme, prolyl hydroxylase. Silicon therefore contributes to cartilage formation, as well as providing protection against osteoporosis thanks to its remineralizing properties.
       Vitamin C
Useful for its antioxidant and chondroprotective activity.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet daily, dissolved in water. Take the sachet preferably after meals.
Cycles of 3 months, twice a year, are suggested.
