Ingredients
Omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish oil, gelatin, coconut oil, L-ascorbic acid, lutein 20% (from Tagetes erecta), humectant: glycerin 99.5% (E422); D-alpha-tocopherol, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322); zeaxanthin 14% (from Tagetes erecta), riboflavin, colorants: iron oxides and hydroxides (E172).
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

How to use
Take one capsule daily, preferably with meals, swallowed whole without chewing with plenty of liquid.
