Chamomile, lemon balm, and catnip also promote regular gastrointestinal motility.
Furthermore, red valerian, catnip, and linden promote relaxation (in case of stress).

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower fluid extract, red valerian (Centranthus ruber) root fluid extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf fluid extract, catnip (Nepeta cataria) herb with flowers fluid extract, fig (Ficus carica) bud pure glyceric macerate, silver linden (Tilia tomentosa) bud pure glyceric macerate, tamarisk (Tamarix gallica) bud pure glyceric macerate.

Directions for use
Shake before use. It is recommended to take 30 drops diluted in water 2-3 times a day half an hour before main meals.
To promote absorption, it is advisable to sip the product, holding it in the mouth for a few moments before swallowing.
