Equipped with various music modes, from new-age to classical melodies by Mozart and Beethoven, Rainbow Bear surprises children with one colour after another, for 15-30 minutes of projection.
The Chicco Rainbow Bear also features a back panel with a curved mirror to customize the width and direction of the projection according to the room and the object's position.

Instructions for use
To turn on the projector, move the slider located on the bear's paw from position 0 (off) to position 15' (15 minutes automatic cycle) or 30' (30 minutes automatic cycle). All electronic functions are now active.
The product includes 2 projection and melody modes:
- mode 1: static rainbow with classical melodies;
- mode 2: rainbow that forms colour by colour with new-age melodies and nature sounds.
To activate mode 1, press the central star-shaped button and choose the desired volume I-II. Press the star-shaped button again to turn off the music and keep only the static rainbow projection. Press a third time to activate mode 2 and a fourth time to turn off the new-age melodies, keeping only the moving rainbow projection. If the slider is set to 15', projection and melodies are active for 15 minutes, after which the toy goes into stand-by. If the slider is set to 30', projections and melodies are active for 30 minutes, after which the toy goes into stand-by. To reactivate the functions, press the star-shaped button. The product creates the right atmosphere for sleep and relaxation. You can customize not only the projection mode and melodies, but also the size of the rainbow projection on the wall or ceiling, depending on where you want to place the product in the room. This is possible thanks to the curved mirror on the back of the bear:
- place the bear on a flat surface with its back to the wall where you want the projection;
- manually open the hatch on the back of the bear;
- rotate the curved mirror (from 0 to 360°) until you get the desired projection size;
- if necessary, move the product closer (to reduce the projection) or further away from the wall (to enlarge the projection).
For best projection results, it is recommended to use in a dimly lit or semi-dark environment.

Warnings
- Remove any plastic bags and all elements forming part of the product packaging and dispose of or store them out of reach of children. Risk of suffocation.
- Regularly check the wear and tear of the product and for any breakages. In case of damage, do not use the toy and keep it out of reach of children.
- Use the toy under continuous adult supervision.
- Do not use the toy inside the child's cot.
- When used in static or dynamic projection mode, the product must always be directed towards the wall and never towards the child's eyes.
- Battery replacement must always be carried out by an adult.
To replace the batteries in the battery compartment:
- Loosen the screws of the cover with a screwdriver, remove the cover, remove the exhausted batteries from the compartment, insert the new batteries making sure to respect the correct polarity (as indicated on the product), reposition the cover and tighten the screw firmly.
- Do not leave batteries or any tools within reach of children.
- Always remove exhausted batteries from the product to prevent any liquid leakage from damaging the product.
- If the batteries leak liquid, replace them immediately, making sure to clean the battery housing and wash your hands thoroughly if in contact with the spilled liquid.
- Always remove the batteries if the product is not used for a long time.
- Do not mix alkaline standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Do not mix exhausted batteries with new batteries.
- Use alkaline batteries that are the same as or equivalent to the type recommended for the operation of this product.
- Do not throw exhausted batteries into fire or disperse them in the environment, but dispose of them by separate collection.
- Do not short-circuit the power terminals.
- Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries: they may explode.
- The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended, as it may reduce the toy's functionality.
- If rechargeable batteries are used, remove them from the toy before recharging them and carry out recharging under the supervision of an adult.
- Remove the batteries from the toy before disposal.
- The toy is not designed to work with replaceable Lithium batteries.
Improper use could lead to dangerous conditions.

Storage
Clean the toy using a soft, slightly damp cloth with water to avoid damaging the electrical circuit. Do not use solvents or detergents. During breaks in use, store the product in a place protected from heat sources, dust, and humidity.
