Description
Food supplement based on D-chiro-inositol, alpha-lipoic acid, manganese, vitamin D3, chromium, melatonin and folate, useful in all cases of increased need or deficiency of these nutrients.
Manganese is an essential micronutrient for proper cellular function, as it contributes to natural energy metabolism and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D promotes normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and contributes to the natural function of the immune system.
Chromium is a micronutrient that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

D-chiro-inositol (from Ceratonia siliqua L., fruit), alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate; manganese gluconate; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); colorants: yellow iron oxide, chlorophyllin copper complex; chromium picolinate, melatonin, folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, in the evening shortly before going to bed, to be swallowed with a glass of water.

For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
