Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); rice starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids, talc.

Naturally lactose-free.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
We recommend taking one tablet a day, with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
