Description
Food supplement based on iron, vitamin C, folic acid, and vitamins B12, B6 and B1. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and folate to erythropoiesis. Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Iron (Ferrochel: chelated bisglycinate iron), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (DRCaps: capsule), inulin, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; folic acid [Quatrefolic: (6S) 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt]; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Colouring: titanium dioxide.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably away from meals.
