Description
Food supplement with psyllium and melatonin. Psyllium helps promote regular bowel movements.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk) seed husk (contains mustard); bulking agent: sorbitol; flavouring, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin.

May contain traces of peanuts, lupins, soy, celery, sesame, and their derived products.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Pour the content of one sachet into a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), mix well and drink the solution immediately. After taking, it is advisable to drink another glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months
