Marshmallow has an emollient and soothing effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Ginger promotes regular joint function and, together with turmeric and chamomile, helps maintain normal digestive function. Niacin and riboflavin (vitamin B2), on the other hand, are useful for reducing tiredness and fatigue, promoting the normal functioning of the nervous system.
It also contains vitamin C, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Turmeric (Curcuma longa L., rhizome) dry extract with E/D ratio 1:4; bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphate; marshmallow (Althea officinalis L., root) dry extract with E/D ratio 1:4, L-ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C), caffeine, L-arginine, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) dry extract titrated to 0.3% in apigenin, ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizome) dry extract titrated to 5% in gingerols; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; nicotinamide (niacin), riboflavin (vitamin B2).

1 tablet daily, to be taken with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended not to exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources.
In case of impaired liver or biliary function or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. If you are taking medication, it is advisable to seek medical advice.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and direct heat sources.
