Food supplement with phytosterols, red rice and olive polyphenols, with fenugreek and flaxseed oil.
Colesia contains fenugreek which contributes to triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism.
Colesia contains flaxseed oil which contributes to lipid metabolism.

Ingredients
Sterol esters titrated in sterols and stanols, with ascorbic acid esters with fatty acids (E 304) and tocopherol-rich extract (E306), edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E 422); monacolins from fermented red rice, olive (Olea europaea L. d.e., fructus) titrated in polyphenols;, flax (Linum usitatissimum L. oleum), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. d.e., semen); colorants: iron oxides (E172).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day for at least 30 days, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet, which includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplement with added plant sterols and stanols. Consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols and stanols should be avoided. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. In case of health problems, consult your doctor. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming products containing fermented red rice. Consumption of more than 3 mg/day of monacolins from fermented red rice should be avoided.
