Description
Food supplement based on psyllium husk that aids in the regularity of intestinal transit and normal stool volume and consistency, and has emollient and soothing action (digestive system) and a prebiotic effect. It contains titrated dry extracts of fennel and lemon balm which promote digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and gas elimination.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed husk powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit d.e. titrated to 1% in essential oil, lemon juice powder, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves d.e. titrated to 12% in rosmarinic acid; bulking agent: maltodextrin; lemon aroma; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one or two sachets per day (6.5 g each), dissolved in approximately 200 ml of water. If you are taking medication, take the product one hour before or after taking the medicine.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
