Hydrolyzed type I marine collagen (from fish); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin C; bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems dry extract standardized to 70% silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Directions for use
