Description
Lubricating eye drops intended to lubricate the ocular surface and moisten soft contact lenses (including silicone hydrogel lenses) while worn.
Sterile, preservative-free solution.
Protects the ocular surface.
Provides relief from dry eye symptoms and improves visual performance.
Offers temporary relief from dry eye induced by contact lens wear.
Provides moisture to contact lenses while worn.
Adults (18 years and older) who experience dry eye symptoms, including contact lens wearers, who are able to understand and follow the instructions for use (or who have someone who can do so on their behalf).

Directions for use
- Grasp the bottle directly below the cap and twist the cap to open.
- For first use, hold the bottle at approximately a 90-degree angle to dispense the first drop of product. Shake the bottle downwards to remove any remaining product.
- May be used as needed throughout the day to relieve dry eye symptoms.
- Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink.
- While wearing contact lenses, in case of mild irritation, discomfort, or blurring, instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and blink 2 or 3 times.
- After use, before replacing the cap on the bottle, shake the bottle downwards to remove any remaining product.

Ingredients
Sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and purified water. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Persons allergic to any component should not use this product.
It is essential to follow your eye care professional's directions and all instructions on the labeling for proper product use. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or eye redness, stop using the product and consult your eye care professional as the problem could become more serious.
Do not soak or disinfect lenses in SYSTANE ULTRA Lubricating Eye Drops as eye irritation may occur.
Temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. If blurred vision occurs after instillation, wait until vision clears before driving or operating machinery.

- Do not use if the cap is damaged or missing.
- Do not use if the package or bottle (sterile packaging) is damaged.
- To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the bottle to any surface.
- If swallowed, consult a doctor.
- If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.
- Replace the cap after use.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
- Use before the expiration date indicated on the product.
- This product contains boric acid in a safe amount when used according to labeling instructions.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 2°C and 30°C.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
