Description
Eye drops containing carmellose sodium BP, indicated for the lubrication of dry eyes.

Directions for use
1. Detach the container to be used.
2. To open, twist and pull the tab to remove it.
3. Instill 1 or 2 drops into the eye or eyes and discard the container.
4. Not for multiple use. Discard the vial after single use.

Components
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) 5.0 mg, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, sodium lactate solution, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust pH, water for injections.

Warnings
- Do not use if the vial is damaged.
- Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or discoloured.
- Do not touch the eye with the vial to avoid infection or scratches.
- Do not use for the treatment of pathological eye conditions.
- Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- This product should not be reused as it may cause microbial infection.
- Do not re-sterilize the final packaged product as it is not suitable for re-sterilization.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store at 15 °C-25 °C.
Do not freeze.
Protect from sunlight.

30 vials of 0.4 ml.
