Collagen is the most abundant fibrous protein in our body; it is present in skin (it makes up 75% of it), tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage, and all other connective tissues.

Ingredients
Hydrolyzed collagen (from fish), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colorant: titanium dioxide), maltodextrin, bulking agent: cellulose; thickener: calcium phosphates; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take one or two capsules daily with meals with a little water or other beverage.
