Ingredients
Granular magnesium citrate (magnesium salts of citric acid), bulking agents: cellulose; acidifier: citric acid; stabiliser: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take one or two tablets daily before meals with a little water or other beverage.
