Description
Food supplement of alpha-lipoic acid, glutamic acid, vitamins, chromium and selenium.
Vitamins C and E and selenium contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the physiological metabolism of homocysteine, and chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; glutamic acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; coating agent: ethylcellulose), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), L-selenomethionine, calcium D-pantothenate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, as needed, with a little water.
