Turmeric is useful for its antioxidant action.

Ingredients
Meriva - Curcumin Phytosome rhizome dry extract (Curcuma longa L., soy lecithin) titrated to 18-22% curcuminoids, edible gelatin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coloring: E171, E172.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably before meals. The capsule can be opened and the content poured into a liquid (milk, yogurt, fruit juice).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of liver or biliary function alterations or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. If you are taking medications, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
