How to use
Take 1 stick a day by dissolving the content in a glass of water or directly in the mouth.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage
The product contains probiotic microorganisms, sensitive to heat. It is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or temperature changes, to store it away from light and, preferably, at a temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C and transport it at temperatures below 25 °C for periods not exceeding 48 hours.
